January ChallengeSince most of us are beginning anew this year, I propose that we start the year off with a small challenge and increase as the year progresses. For the month of January, the challenge is to work out at least 3 times a week, drink 8 glasses of water per day and to motivate another person on your team either by responding to a blog that was written or by commenting on their Sparkpage. Try to motivate someone that you don't really know so that you can get to know different people. We will add things as the year progresses. The goal of this is to do something that we can stick to which is why I didn't make the challenge so hard. This is a lifestyle change. |

Information about copywrited material from Coach JenHi Everyone!Recently we've had a number of issues with members posting copyrighted information- primarily in their blogs. The original authors have been contacting us, asking that their work be removed, or properly cited, or in some instances they want to be paid for the fact that someone else is using it. I'm asking that you pass along this reminder to your teams: If you are going to post something on the boards or in your blog that someone else has written, you need to credit the source. Our policy is that you can post a few sentences and then you need to link to the source so that people can read the rest of it. You should not be posting an entire article, for instance, and if you are going to post something you always need to cite it. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and for spreading the word about this to your teams!! Coach Jen |
