2/28/13 - Need to share with youGreetings to all,Before I begin, I definitely want to take a moment to welcome our newest members: GRRRGEOUSBBW, TATERSGRAMA, LADYBUGPLUS, MICHELLE4445, XALISSIA, and CLAYTONF. We're so glad you've chosen to join us, and we look forward to getting to know you better. I wanted to share a little bit of my recent health journey with you. On Tuesday morning, I received word that I have a malignancy in my left breast. I have spent the last 6 weeks or so going through the process of having it diagnosed after discovering the problem myself. Every woman fears this diagnosis like no other, and I'm no different. The road to recovery will be long and challenging, and it will take all my strength and perseverance to get to the other side. I know you will all be standing my back as I walk this path, and I wanted to ask for your prayers and healing energy. I will do my absolute best to keep up with the site, but please forgive me if there are weeks ahead when I won't have the energy. I know my awesome co-leaders will be there for you! 2/13/13- Happy Valentine's Day to all my Teammates!!Greetings to everyone!WOW!! We have a few new faces to welcome to the Team...sending a big WELCOME ABOARD shout-out to IMTAD4NOW, BROWN1013, and STEPHRA10! We're looking forward to getting to know you via your posts. I have to admit, I picked up a couple of pounds on my recent cruise, but I was very pleased that I felt generally in control, and according to my husband and travel companions, I did NOT go crazy with all that food and alcohol constantly available. We had a wonderful time- the 5 days just blew by in a flash. Now, I'm getting ready to start my new job...and recommit to healthier habits. Thanks to my wonderful co-leaders for their posts during my absence.  As always, we welcome your comments/questions/suggestions. 1/31/2013- New Co-Leaders!!Greetings to all my BH Teammates!As always, let me start with a big Shout Out of Welcome to our two newest teammates, WANDERLUSTROUS and KE11YBE1. We're so glad you've come aboard, and we look forward to getting to know you! BIG DOINGS! I am so very pleased to announce that two of our teammates have volunteered to become Co-Leaders of this Team...please join me in welcoming CATHYBERNA, who will be the Point of Contact for all of you who are Sleeve patients, and MAIZEY, who is living the RNY Vida Loca and will be happy to share her experiences on that journey. As you know, I am a Lap Bander. So, if you have questions regarding one of those procedures, you now have someone specific to touch base with. I hope you find this helpful. Ladies, YOU ROCK!!! Be sure to check out my new QOW regarding body image- something many of us struggle with.
