it looks like it will be another 4 days before they let my Father go home so I will be spending a lot more time here.

You have NOT be Abandoned

I just wanted to quickly check in with you all and let you know I have not abandoned you all. After returning from Orlando my Father went into the hospital and that is where I have been. My Mother does not drive so I have been staying at our home in Olympia taking her back and forth to the hospital and taking care of things around the house. It will be at least another week before I am back with you all full time but that only for a couple of days as I then be leaving for Jamaica for a week.

Team what an amazing tool this can Be! You can now access your SPARK friends via mebo instant messenger. Instant Messaging can be a great way to reach out for help to just to say HI. It's easy to get it set up, took me less than a minute.

Some Interesting things going on

New Features for Spark People
Hey everyone I want to let everyone know that Spark People will be announcing soon two new features. Here is a message from Coach Jen about it.

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to let you know about 2 new features launching next week.

The first is a SparkPage redesign. Don't worry- it's not going to be huge changes, but just a few things to make pages easier to navigate and less cluttered. We've gone through lots of rounds of redesign and feedback from our staff to make sure the changes are good ones and right for our members.

The second is that we're launching an Instant Messaging feature. It will be optional (so if you don't want to use it you can totally turn it off), but you'll be able to IM with any of your mutual friends. (That means that you both have to have added each other as friends on your SparkPages to be able to chat with them.) We have a feeling this feature is going to be EXTREMELY popular :)

Just wanted to give you a heads up! Both will be coming sometime this week!
