M.S. Walk Irvine May 5, 2012

I am proud to announce I will be walking for M.S. again this year With Team Grizzly. We are walking at Irvine University of California, Irvine Saturday May 5, 2012. Anyone who is local that would like to walk with us can join the team and wear a green t-shirt. All are welcome to walk with us!

Strength training with M.S,

There are countless sources that confirm the importance of strength training for persons with M.S. I found a nice little guide for anyone who is interested. If anyone is not doing a strength training program (ST) please look into it. You can do this with just two dumbbells, see guide. I have picked them up at yard sales or thrift stores. This is just too important for your future to put off, even if you don't have MS, ST is life improving. Add this two your 2012 goals: ST

Chelsea is Back but no longer a leader.
