Eat Clean Challenge starts today!!!

Hi team,

A few of us are participating in an "Eat Clean" challenge!! Feel free to join us! The more the merrier! The goal is to make progress in cutting out processed foods and eat items closer to the way they are in nature! Please check out Tosca Reno's book "The Eat Clean Diet" for more specific info.
