My daughter had a baby recently and had lost most of the baby weight. She doesn't want to lose any more weight but would love to firm up. She works full time and goes to school so she doesn't have the time to track food and exercise so we decided that we will do our thing together and I keep track for her!

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
