Tired of "the blob"
DMG114

I started out doing intense cardio 5-6 times a week and lifting 2 times a week and I felt great. I wasn't at my goal weight but I working toward it and I felt good about myself! I stood straighter and taller and felt trim and fit even though I still had 10lbs to lose! I was comfortable. Too comfortable it seems.

For the past 6 weeks I stopped lifting, decreased the frequency and intensity of my cardio exercise and became lazy with tracking my food. And I feel like a blob! That's the only way I can describe it. Whereas once I felt healthy and trim and fit, I now feel tired and frumpy like a big blob!

So I did something about it! I was tired of the blob! And it wasn't that hard to realize what i needed to do to turn it all around! I woke up bright and early this morning and resumed my pre-blob workout. I did cardio and started lifting again! I already feel a million times better! I am clearly not back to my pre-blob state after only 1 day but I know I am on the right track. Soon I will be there and I will once again feel fit and trim and healthy!

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
