I Believe In Me!
RRHNDZ

When I started with SparkPeople, I was at a low in my life. But today, I want to give everyone a big thank you. All the motivation and success stories are a big help, and I believe in me, now. I am able to "jog". I thought I would NEVER be able to even say that word. Not too fast, but I can jog now. Last night while "jogging" I was listening to my iPod. I filled it with upbeat moving songs and motivating songs. As the end of my workout was getting closer, "Reason" came on. I thought: "I do have a reason to do this, ME and many more reasons...my family." Then the next song was "Sexy Back" so I thought: "Of course, that is what I want to get back and that is what I am going to look like when I reach my goal."

Thank you again and for the many reasons I want to get my sexy back!! I do believe in me and I owe a lot of it to all of you. Thank you!!

Chef Meg's Zucchini Muffins

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
