So, for the first time since I started this journey recently, I overate. In the past my reaction would have been telling myself things like "you're so stupid" or "Can't you commit to anything?" Or even worse "Don't you even love yourself enough to try?" Even thoughts like, "Oh well, I blew it, and then I would go off the diet and forget it. What made the other night different was amazing to me. My first thought was, ugh, I overate. But right away, I began planning what I will do when faced with same situation again. Since I am looking at a healthy lifestyle, there is no "going off" there is just going on with making better and better choices. I am enjoying this new way of thinking and getting healthier!
