Sand volleyball at the sandbar the best place to play sand volleyball, come down on the weekends to play for free. Thursday nights is the best night for the leagues they have a band or dj in the middle of the courts with the outdoor bar.

I"ve played in the Monday night Co-Rec softball leagues for 6 years. It's a great time. It's a fun laid back league and like TMETZNER said, it's a younger crowd that plays, mostly mid to late 20's.

These leagues tend to mostly be younger folks a few years out of college and are pretty competitive for the most part...

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
