Resource Details Below

Fresh Vegetable's and real fruit, healthy options abound at First Watch. I love their "Tri-Athlete Omelette™"
Egg white omelette with sliced mushrooms, onions, tomato and green chilies. Served with freshly made salsa , a dry English muffin and fresh fruit. 109 calories !! Great way to go out but still stay on track. Terrific family friendly atmosphere. My kids LOVE the pancakes! Their website has nutritional facts on most of their dishes. And locations all around the Cincinnati area. Get there early they close at 2:30pm and lines are long but move fast!

I wish they would do dinner also and open more locations.

First Watch is great for Breakfast and Lunch, love the Nutrtion Info on Menu. Wish they stayed open for Dinner, even if it was only breakfast and lunch items.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Been there many times. As you said, all the calorie information is on their website.

I love First Watch and live close to Crestview Hills location. Grandchildren in Kansas introduced us to this fine eating place.

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
