Comments From Other Members:

I've never been one for going to the gym. It's just always made me feel a bit self conscious of my appearance and jealous of all the guys with huge muscles. I've also never really been "good" at working out. Not just at keeping the regimen up... but just the process in general.

Sinc
e joining LTF at the beginning of March (2009), everything is different. This club is remarkably welcoming for its size. There's an abundance of opportunity to learn and try new things.

I joing their TEAM program for weight loss and have already started seeing the pounds come off as I focus on reaching and maintaining presence in my Anaerobic Threashold zone(s) during my workouts.

Whi
le the cost may be higher than at some other clubs, here, you're really getting what you pay for! The staff is wonderful and friendly. I deffinitely recommend this club!

We joined this last Sept. It is a fantastic gym! And, even if you don't swim...you MUST visit the whirlpool/jacuzzi after your workout. Your muscles will thank you!

i just joined here and I love it! It's one of the few places with a pool! And I added on my son for just $6 a month! That gets me 2 hours of childcare a day. The childcare facility is great (gym, climbing structure, outdoor area, toys, even computers!). The food at the cafe is great, the staff is great. You even get a locker and towel service included with membership :)

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
