I love that as you pull into the park they hand you a detailed trail map, and that the trails have been labeled by difficulty as well. This park is amazing! Signs are clearly marked, trails are well-kept, park is gorgeous both in scenery and cleanliness.

I've been going to Rowe Woods since I was a toddler. It brings back memories to go there, while creating new ones at the same time! Always beautiful and always peaceful...

We love the frog ponds, and my 4 year old loves the "old house" out in the field. It is a great place to hike around. I have great pics of a deer that I took last time I was there.

This is a great place to hike! The trails are nice, and they even have an area where you can feed the fish and turtles! They allow dogs, as long as they are on leashes.

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
