Fitness USA

Resource Details Below

One of the benefits of Fitness USA is the separate workout days for the men and women. They have the cardio equipment available for anyone everyday in the front of the club. Many Fitness USA's have the swimming pools and hot tubs as well as dry sauna's and steam rooms. The clubs also offer tanning booths. I work out here 3xs a week with a friend. The Sterling Heights facility is very well kept.

Comments From Other Members:

Fitness USA in Sterling Hts is great for me since i and a friend joined around a month ago the only complaint i have is the people there are not that friendly but i guess we are all their to do a job and not socialize anyway.

If you think Dearborn is dirty, you should see the dirt coming out of the vents at the Lincoln Park location.

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
