Cranbrook Grounds

- Submitted by ENIGMATICGRL - 4 Comments

Resource Details Below

The Cranbrook grounds are exceptionally beautiful and well manicured. The campus has plenty of area to stroll through or bike. Also, there is plenty to do at Cranbrook from enjoying the lush gardens that surround the main mansion (Cranbrook House), to perusing the art museum, to scoping out the Science center and taking in a laser show.

Comments From Other Members:

Having been a student there during summers, I can vouch for the beautiful grounds, if you are walking there are lots of trails that will lead you all over to many many beautiful spots.

I just wish I lived close enough to walk there daily.

Is entrance free? Can you really bike here? I've never even thought to do that!

I can't wait to try this area. I ride past everyday and it never occurred to me that I could walk the grounds.

I was there for the first time last month. We went to the Science Center and then walked the nature trails - gorgeous grounds!

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
