Melt

Resource Details Below

Melt serves eclectic food in a great atmosphere. Their sandwiches are inventive and healthy, their soups are amazing, and their salads are fresh and plentiful. All of their dressings are homemade, but I can't get past the curry yogurt--it's phenomenal. I love the avocado bliss sandwich and anything from their brunch menu.

Agree! Melt is wonderful--both healthy and tasty. I love the blue gingered pear salad, the artichoke melt, the Helen of Troy (hummus, olive tapenade, feta sandwich), the sweet savage (turkey, cranberry and other good stuff). The breads are all whole grain and the combinations--always a good balance of protein/grains/veggi
es--are really great. It is my favorite place to eat!

If you haven't tried this place, YOU MUST GO!!!! Go now!!!! :)

Everything I've tried here is so tasty - I love their tangy tuna melt and the artichoke melt. They have many vegan and vegetarian options, and they support local businesses for their bread, desserts, etc.

Fabulous, shady outdoor seating area as well! You will not be disappointed.

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
