Went to Anytime Fitness 4/25. Met with Alan a personal trainer who was to do an assessment. It went pretty much as I expected. He said I have some real issues with my shoulders. No surprise there. I decided when I come back from Montana in July I will set up a program with a personal trainer to address these issues.

Saw Doc 4/16/13. He had to cut it open to see what was going on inside my right inner thigh! He cleaned the area out and packed it with gauze. Fortunately Becky was there so she knew what to do (twice a day) with it. I told him I have been walking 3-4 miles a day and he said no no no! No more than two miles a day! That may have been aggravating the situation. OKAY! I get it. He said to take it easy! Heal! Tylenol and walking were my only saving graces.

Saw Doc 4/23/13 He said the wound is healing nicely in two weeks it should be all closed! Yea!! Still restricted on exercise and that is because he wants to let my body "HEAL" I still get that but and I am not huge on exercise mind you but I like to do other things than the treadmill.
