so I did treadmill at pf Nashua 36 min 2.12 miles, 235 cals burned
.75 miles arc trainer/climber 119 cals burned, 15 min or so
stretching: 2:33 min 7 cals burned, total burned 361 cals
HRM and machine treadmill set to 139 lbs, have been 139 lbs for long time now.
body fat % was 33.1 this morning I think.
