Nutrition Note
WI: 179.0 same as yesterday. Bummer. I am hungry this morning and was even hungry at bedtime last night. For whatever reason, I didn't pee much this morning, so I don't know why I am retaining water.
I understand that I will lose slowly by eating this much because I am getting only a small deficit each day and that's fine (except when I don't lose at all, lol). I am fairly comfortable eating this way and feel like I could do it forever basically, so I want to continue without making it harder.


Yeah. Pretty much had a melt-down before lunch. Sigh
