Exercise Note
Nice workout today! Went to Kennesaw with Jennifer Thompson Redmond. We had a very nice time on our moderately difficult hike. We walked to the back end of Little Kennesaw, walked up the hill and did the loop back to the parking lot. We did it in 2 hours 30 minutes. I was sweating with the heavy humidity! We definitely got in a workout and Jen felt like she'd done a hike. Hope to do it again with her.

We talked about the following:
- Tour of Old 4th Ward
- Walking the Beltline to Piedmont Park
- Training for the Half Marathon in Nov. (we'd meet for the weekly long run)

Well, there might be an idea or two that I left out, but I'm glad I wrote these down. Now I can work on them to check them off my goals list and spend nice time with Jen.
