This is the first time I exercised this year, and it is a victory for me to begin again! I went walking with Dena in the morning and went biking on the Beltline with Amy, a lady from the St. Luke's Park Board. We had a nice biking experience. She doesn't bike fast, but she was very consistent and I had to work a bit to keep up. We biked down to Piedmont and back.

I feel inspired to keep it up. I really want to think about my fitness goals. I believe they will include more running.
