Nutrition Note
Today was fine until the drive home on 80 and I decided "eff it" and called the wife and told her to get the kid ready cause im going to red lobster. This really kicked off the sabotage.

I can only guess that because I started my "party" on sunday then wasnt clean on Monday I could go ahead and do it. I also figured I'd do my usually pair down with 4 days to go before the weekend. Yeah, that should work...
