Nutrition Note
i was so sick last night. I was either bloated, dehydrated, too much salt, confused TTOM -i dont know. Felt like I got kicked in the back on right side. Took bra off at work even - it was so painful. Walking at Costco, finally put down stuff & left. couldnt take pain of walking. Slept on floor til 1am. - Got up, feel better, drank 2 bottles of water, on 3rd now. I started my WATER chart today again. Maybe not getting enough
