Exercise Note
Today I was sore from yesterday. Yesterday I did strength training, went to work, vacuumed and cleaned the office, went to the car wash and vacuumed and cleaned my car, went home and took Copper for a walk, then went dancing. Today I went for a 5.35 mile hike, dance class and some cleaning around the house. I got 14,000 steps each day this weekend. My average steps for the past 8 days is about 9500 and my average calories about 1340. I weighed today after my hike and I was 136.0. There were three or four really yucky and rainy days that caused my steps to go low. But that is why I had so many strength training days.

My stats for yesterdays hike 5.34 miles 21.43 minute miles and total time of 1 hour 55 minutes 444 calories burned-for some reason I was not able to upload this run to Garmin connect. I walked pretty casually letting Copper stop and sniff. I was sore. It was a beautiful day. Did the hill up the gravel road.
