B'fast at 8:30, I was satisfied until about Noon, which I had not finish my lunch, I had a piece of left over chicken from last night, breaded, fried chicken breast about 1.5 oz.
I had lunch at 1:15 pm, one cup of split yellow peas cooked with vegetable broth, kale, spinach and pumpkin, felt full after eating this w/ 4.5 oz of grilled chicken.
