Nutrition Note
This is how it needs to be done for me in order to keep up with what I can or can not eat. I must slow down eating until evening time to have a good dinner with family and friends. Exercize and eat wisely during the day and then I can have what I want in the evening. Concentrate on drinking water during the day. This is what works for me.
