Nutrition Note
Today was a lower calorie day--1160 kcals.
Ate dinner with a friend and ordered the seafood gumbo. Have no idea how many calories. It had no sausage in it, and came with rice, which I ate. It was thick with seafood. It was in a big bowl. I had about 1/2 of it. Just guessing about the calories. Today was a busy day. Tomorrow we are having friends over for dinner. I am fixing an all veggie dinner: Stir fried broccolini, wild rice "pilaf"--100% wild rice with sauteed onions and dried cranberries, roasted carrots, onions and red bell peppers, and stuffed yellow squash. A little more exotic than my regular meals.
Ice cream and sorbet for dessert along with small butter cookies.
