I meant to do the workout that i missed yesterday bc of not having access to weights. Then I never did it. Well the world wonky end. But I feel guilty. I am so so bloated from all the overheating - like getting on the scale and seeing I didn't gain 4 pounds in N we Orleans made me start eating crap to ruin even that?
Well...we went for a walk. I was waiting for hubby to leave so I could make binge food. I just did it later. And didn't throw up. But small steps. I really felt like today I was going to throw up or have to get drunk. I felt better after I walked.
