Rough LSR today. I started out good and felt really good almost up to mile 12. But once I got into the 11's I could feel I was bonking big time. Somehow I made it to 13.1 and then walked the remaining 1.3. I noticed that I didn't need to pee most of the day yesterday so I think I was dehydrated and I don't think I fueled my body well enough the days before. For most of the run I used 1:40 intervals and then after mile 10 I switched to 40:40.
