Nutrition Note
BF: Rice salad: Black Japonica rice, frozen blueberries mixed with chia seeds to thicken, and added to Chobani Greek yogurt, cinnamon, sliced banana, and top with sliced almonds. Delicious

Lunch: Cacao Nib + cashew butter dressing on salad with strawberries and raw brussels sprouts leaves; pita bread with laughing cow wedge

Dinner, leftover stirfry from last night with carrots. I made a Thai Peanut Sauce mixed with almond breeze instead of coconut oil.

I had tea with each meal, but I've stopped tracking that.
