Nutrition Note
LOL, super tired and lazy and was under calories, so I nommed just enough chocolate almonds to get everything in range. Gotta love the healthy nutrients they provide.

Exercise Note
Went to the gym, did 15 on the elliptical, remembered I needed 20 of cardio and did 5 on the bike, but it was making my nose run. I realized I wouldn't be very effective on weights AND I'd be that annoying sick person who exposes everyone else because I couldn't do reps and cover my mouth completely and wash my hands every time i coughed. So I bailed early. Totally forgot to stretch.

Buster (dog) was in a running mood, and I was exhausted by the time we got back. (Calories on RunKeeper and HR monitor were very close - and, as usual, I subtract 20 per 15 minutes so it's only the amount over default calculated BMR.)
