Day 21 is PiYo - Strength Intervals, a new to me workout in the PiYo program. It was quite short and started with a lot of lunges interspersed with some cardio like jogging and speed skaters. Then, you do a series of sumo squats, burpees, lunges, and push-ups and the final part is doing beasts, down dogs, runnerís lunges, tricep push ups, and beast kick throughs ending with a cool-down.
