Nutrition Note
Over the past few days I have not very well on my diet! This is very discouraging to me. Yesterday wasn't so bad till at bedtime. At bedtime I had 2 sandwiches- 1 was PJ and 1 was mayo and cheese.

The day before that I had tons of junk food. Pizza, soda, chips/salsa.

I'm being honest though. I could have eat all of this and not mark it down. No one would have ever known.

I need to re-evaluate my plan of attack for this diet. I need to look over my diet and exercise plan. I need to not only plan my meals, eat healthy, but need to set up a exercise plan as well. Instead of winging it everyday.

It's unfortunately like a game of Russian Roulette with my diet and life. I hate to look at it that way, but it's the truth.
So for this week I will eat healthier and work on a written plan for next week.
