Nutrition Note
Dinner at Momma D's Casa di Pasta. Calories estimated. I had the Vegetable Marinara with a salad, 2 slices of bread dipped in olive oil. I did not finish all the pasta on my plate, but I at probably 1/2 of it. I think I am estimating high, but I have no idea about things like the marinara sauce (chunky, not oily, but very salty). Dinner was awesome and I was STUFFED.
We also had a "pop" in the evening not included here. Still would be within my calories thanks mostly to my all day fast on Saturdays, which is now my habit.
