I had a great day yesterday. My late evening was a bust, spent snacking. When I finally went to bed after midnight, my thoughts revolved around saving myself, preserving my health before it is too late.

After a lot of bed rest yesterday, I am feeling much better from my cold today.
I couldn't taste anything yesterday. I used that to my advantage, instead of letting the brain prowl for satiety.
