Beginning Day 3, LOST 5 POUNDS ALREADY! Plant based...
It's true -- after only two days I've lost just a little over 5 pounds!! I'm sure it's due to the fiber. I think that fiber is filling me up and so it is definitely NOT a starvation diet! Very healthy indeed (and I ate healthy b4 this).
