Well, Round 3 results are in. I'm down 4.2 lbs this round. I saw an even lower # on Saturday (my spark weigh-in day), but I won't count it toward 21 Day Fix. I'm staying with Sunday weigh ins to monitor 21DF progress.... Read more

Yesterday's weigh in had me up .8. It was a frustrating week. I just felt exhausted overall. I did stay in my calorie and nutritional ranges...tracked all my food. No real explanation for the gain. That's just the way it goes... Read more
