It sucks being too sick to workout ~ this cold really kicked my bee-hind, but I'm feeling better today and I was able to push through this workout ~ it felt soooo good and yes, I'm super sweaty ~ maybe the cold left with all this sweat.

Day 18 = "Rest" day ~ went to Dillon, CO to spend the week-end with my Gal Pals

I can honestly say this sweat fest was truly amazing ~ I feel stronger and able to stick with each exercise for almost 30 seconds before stopping a bit to take a breath.
