I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I'm exercising, trying to get enough sleep, eating healthy...salmon last nite, home-made chicken curry with lots of colourful veggies & whole grain rice the nite before and that scale refuses to budge!

I did go to the gym on Tuesday :-) Did 40 minutes of cardio followed by lower body weights. Had to push myself to go but I am glad I did! I haven't smoked either! :-) Feeling a bit dizzy...experience (with quitting) has taught me that is due... Read more

No baby steps...more like a giant leap! Went to the gym, 30 minutes of EFX followed by upper body & abs weight regime, then a few laps in the pool. Topped off, of course, with a deliciously hot bake in the sauna. I do love that sauna! Cardio... Read more
