Tuesday's Weigh In
OK! Down two pounds....probably water weight though. That's ok, anything that comes off is good, water, fat, whatever!! I'll take it! LOL Looks like 1350 calories a day works for me. We'll see how this goes for another week.

Happy about today
I'm happy about what I ate today. All healthy items and stayed under my calories. I walked a lot today. Also made plans to get back to the gym next week. So sunny and warm out, so glad to be out in the fresh air. Really enjoyed today.... Read more
