ONE good thing.
So, I have lost 2 pounds this week. And I feel pretty good about that.
I have lost 13 pounds since July. And I am walking more, eating healthier, and not obsessing about the scale.

Very little exercise today. Sitting here with my back pressed against the heating pad for the first time in ages.
