I did week 1 day 1 of Couch-to-5K. Also did a couple minutes on my kids' hula hoop. I want a hoop of my own, sized for me, I think, with nice grippy tape to help me keep the hoop going.

So here's a tip. If you take medicines of any kind on a daily basis, find out from the doc which ones have diuretic effects (even if that's not what they're for) and then DON'T TAKE THOSE AT BEDTIME!!!
