Bit of a rough day. Managed to get in a short walk when I went to the store. Broke my minimum fitness goal for the day, for the first time since surgery!

Last week was tough. Meetings at work. Not a lot of sleep at home. Must make for better sleep habits, and remember to pick up a few things for next week's lunches.
Reading more, which raised my overall mood.
