I got up early and did my workout, as usual... pushed myself, even though every part of my body was screaming "GO BACK TO BED."

I woke up this morning feeling pretty energized, so I really pushed myself; it's a strength training day, mostly upper body. I upped my weights, and really burned it up!
I also added dumbbells to my squats and lunges - BIG DIFFERENCE.

That's the way I felt today, anyway. Went to bed later than I wanted to, so I woke up later than I wanted to. Got an hour (!!!) of ballet/barre done, flew into the shower, got ready and out the door on time...
