to be at Curves 3x per week. Unfotunately this week I only made it 2x - but on Wed I got on the Treadmill in the fitness room and did 20 minutes - better than nothing. Today I made it to Curves and did the complete Circuit - 30 minutes.

Made it to Curves again today, this was the 5th time I as there, the machines are getting easier to use. It also feel great to be up and out early, gives me so much time in the morning.

Got up late, guess getting up at 6am and getting to bed nearly midnight on Wednesday caused this, needed sleep. Need to change the routine - at least the getting to bed part. I like getting up early, it gives me a head start on the day.

Made it to the fitness room and did 40 minutes on the treadmill, not too terrible. Feel great.
Healthy dinner this evening, 3 oz salmon, salad, green beans and brown rice. Evening snack will be yogurt and fruit.
