Breakfast was 1 slice dense German rye with cashew 'cheese', avocado, tempeh 'bacon' and chopped apple, kiwi orange and dates. And coffee with Silk.
Day of Salads
This morning I had a salad for breakfast and it was great--very satisfying. It was leaf lettuce, a chopped apple, clementines, chopped dates and walnuts, grated carrots and a drizzle of blackberry balsamic vinegar.
