Here I am, with "babies" who are now 11 months old. And...starting to wean themselves. Suddenly, I'm sad to say that I can't eat whatever the fluff I want and still maintain weight.
I know, right, what do you MEAN I can't eat a box of brow... Read more
Here I am tracking my food out of curiosity...I have not tracked in so long.
I have had children! And my body is a totally different animal than it was a mere year ago. We had an extraordinary adventure together.

I am officially 14 weeks pregnant! I am very happy to be gaining weight, exercising with less gusto (weights are ok...crazy cardio not so much), and tracking food for the primary reason of protein and not calorie count... Read more
So, I was thinking that it wasn't really fair to post that I lost weight when not eating sugar and make it sound that straightforward. What really happened is that I am trying to work with a dr. on some things, and I had a two week period of ve... Read more
So...I have injured myself, I need to refrain from a bike ride, and it is supposed to be 80 degrees today. :(

I went to the gym for not only my PT session this morning, but then decided I was a stud-muffin and I also ran a treadmill 5k.
Came home hungry like the wolf....got a little carried away....and look what happened!
