Worn out, took a break, back to it

Speeding up Weight Loss, Adjusting my Goals

Not a bad day
So, I stuck to my Mexican restaurant plan and still was full. 8 chips with salsa, followed by a simple spinach salad with bits of beef , and guac, and salsa. I could have been fine without the chips.
