The last week or so hasn't really been filled
with health stuff. So far my abilities seem to
be every other day ... work one day, sleep
the next. I guess it is better than nothing.

Today, I caught up on my sleep, about time.
Slept from 4pm Monday to 4 pm today. Had
taken my fitbit off to charge it, ended up
forgetting to put it back on, so no record of it.

Wasn't a good night for me, awake all
night and all day. Not sure why. No
caffeine and took my meds on time.
Food wise, didn't do well the longer

I always take Sunday off, so not much
accomplished today. I have also agreed
to eat Sunday dinner ... so I will also take

Day 6 to Onederland
It has been a quiet day. It was a little
warmer than yesterday. My knee was
very unhappy late last night, my back
and right groin (hurt it coming in the
door after shopping). Today everything
is all better.

Short day, and pay day, and grocery shopping day...
Not much else was accomplished.
Dinner was Taco Salad at Taco Bell, I didn't eat the shell
so it came in at a lot lower cals.

Doctors appointment went very well.
I can use the recumbent bike as tolerated
and can drive.
I am at 140 degrees "bendable" range and
he was very pleased. Told me to continue
what I was doing.

Didn't get in yesterday, too many things going on.
Picked up some more food, mostly fruit and veggies.

Changed my weight goal for 199 by Oct, 1.
I thought the amount of calories was excessive.

Monday was my 4 week mark.
My walking has improved some, trying to
learn what I can and can't do except I am
a slowww learner. It usually takes a couple
of days to reverse the effects of one "working"
