Day 150-Almost at my goal!!!

I seem to be doing pretty well still. I need to get more exercise in though. It's hard when you work a desk job all day. I do what i can when i get a chance. And as soon as i get 10-20 minutes free at home, i take the dog for walk.

My exercise has been going great. I went to the Iowa State Fair on Saturday. And i only ate a tenderloin sandwich, a couple bites of a blooming onion, and a diet coke and whiskey. But the walking made up for that!!
